The Heliya Design Studio was founded in 2020 by Heliya Alavi, a talented interior designer who is known for her warmth, expressiveness, and impeccable attention to detail, creating elegant, bespoke interiors for the last 15 years in multinational design companies.
As the interior architect and designer behind Heliya Design Studio, she has built a reputation for beautifully textured, clean-lined interiors.
Heliya’s portfolio includes a wide range of luxurious and sophisticated residential and commercial interiors around the UAE. Recent projects include a complete gut renovation of District One Mansion, a house in Muhammed Bin Rashid City, a chic family villa in Meydan, Nurseries and many others.
Heliya's unique and personalized approach to interior design has been recognized and featured in Sayidaty, the best-selling women's interest magazine in the Middle East.

Our Approach
As a dedicated interior designer, Heliya's goal is to design spaces that satisfy both functional and aesthetic needs and each project she has undertaken in her 15 years of experience in interior design has allowed her to explore new challenges.
She received her Bachelor’s in Fine and Decorative Art & Architecture from the prestigious Interior Design program at the American University of Sharjah (AUS) & one of her uniqueness is the ability to work with different styles and colors.
